I'am back in the slow lane.It turns out I'am just out of the area, that Verizon broadband covers.For the last two weeks I kept getting kicked off line,and most of the time I couldn't get on line at all. I called the help line and they checked my address on there map,and said it was a wonder I could get on line at all.So it was fun while it lasted.At least they will take it back,and credit all my money back.They should have known up front,and saved me alot of disappointment.

Last week I went on a bus trip to Longaberger Basket home office in Ohio.That is our bus parked out front.

     Can you believe it.I now have verizon broadband. No more dial up,and I love the broadband,I can plug it into my lap top or my desk top computer.I'am setting in my lounge chair in the tv room now.

      For those of you who read Grandma-p's blog, you already know about Budddy my Moms dog.Grandma-p took care of him when our Mom was in the hospital. In June my Mom and Buddy will be staying with my husband and I.

We are looking forward to having her with us,but I would be lying if I told you I wasn't worried, you see we have a cat,she isn't just any cat,she is a bobcat,she doesn't have a tail.And I guess she thinks that gives her the right to have an attitude.She doesn't like our grandchildern,our son,our daughter inlaw,or any other family member,lets face it she only likes my husband and I.When Mom was here last summer,my Mom tried to make friends with her,with no success.But who knows maybe Sassy ( my cat ) likes other animals,hay we can hope.

I hope this isn't true. We might have to walk,we wont be able to pay for gas,at that price per gallon.

Great Grandchild number 6 arrived yesterday,weighing in at 6 lbs. 13 oz. His name is Jason James. Mom and son are doing fine.

Wow I think spring is almost here,the calendar says it's the first day of spring,my diffodils are in bloom,but the weather is cold and very wendy.

 Can you believe Easter is this Sunday? Summer can't be far behind.Soon we will be taking the cover off of our pool,cooking on the grill,and having fun outside.
